Objective:
The Mosque was established with the clear objective to assist the Muslims in North America to uphold and implement Islamic values for themselvesand their family members, provide an Islamic environment for friends to congregate, to provide dawa to the non-Muslims and to live in a multicultural community with respect for one another. The ultimate goal is to seek Allah (SWT)’s pleasure and salvation in the Hereafter.
Goals:
The main goal of the Al-Hijra Mosque is to provide the daily prayer services and to have an Imam that would provide the correct knowledge of Islam according to the way the companions of the Prophet Muhammad (sall’Allahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) understood it. Teach Islam as a way of life, learned through the primary source of the Qur’an as revealed to the Prophet and through his traditions, the Sunnah, sayings and practices, described in authentic ahadith. We ask Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’ala to help our Masjid and every other Masjid to be able to fulfill these responsibilities.
Mission:
The Mission of Al-Hijra Mosque is outlined in following five points:

- Establish congregational prayersand carry out other Islamic activities that are open fully to men, women and children.
- Practice principles of moderation, inclusiveness and Sunnah in order to create closenessand harmony among Muslims
- Strive to be financially viable and sustainable organization. Promote our Masjid through joint actions with other Muslim organizations.
- Communicate with non-Muslims about Islam and work with them in serving beneficial causes.
